Revocation Policy & Waiver

CRITICAL NOTICE FOR PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTIONS:By purchasing a Premium Subscription, you are acquiring immediate access to digital bandwidth quotas and server infrastructure limits. Due to the immediate vulnerability of these digital assets to exhaustion, strict revocation waivers apply.

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Under EU Consumer Protection Law, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

2. Immediate Execution & Waiver of Revocation

However, the infrastructure and digital quotas purchased through our Premium packages are designed for immediate consumption. To protect the service from abuse ("Hit-and-Run" mass downloading followed by revocation), the right of withdrawal expires prematurely under the following legal conditions:

You have expressly requested and agreed that Pneumatic Media UG (haftungsbeschränkt) begins the execution of the contract (unlocking bandwidth limits and digital resources) immediately before the expiration of the withdrawal period, AND
You have confirmed your knowledge that by providing this consent for immediate execution, you waive and irreversibly lose your right of withdrawal.

3. Checkout Acknowledgment

During the checkout process, you are required to explicitly agree to this waiver via a mandatory confirmation step. By completing the purchase, you authorize the immediate unlocking of the Premium benefits and actively waive your refund rights regarding the 14-day statutory period.

Chargebacks initiated to bypass this explicit, legally binding waiver will be contested using our transaction and consent logs.
