2. Processing of Data

As a secure One-Click Hoster, we only process necessary inventory data (such as your email address and IP address) required for providing our file hosting and download services (Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR).

3. Encrypted File Storage

All user-uploaded files are encrypted. Our infrastructure utilizes Zero-Knowledge architecture wherever technically feasible, meaning Pneumatic has no access to the unencrypted content of your files.

4. Third-Party Payments

For Premium subscriptions, data is shared exclusively with certified payment processors and crypto gateways for the sole purpose of securely processing your transactions. No payment data is stored directly on our servers.

5. Zero Logs on Downloads

We respect your privacy during file transfers. Once a download has been successfully completed, we do not store any historical records or connection logs mapping your identity or IP address to the downloaded files. Temporary rate-limiting data is completely volatile.

6. Data Subject Rights

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and files at any time. Due to the encrypted nature of the platform, information about the specific content of your files cannot be technically provided. Deletion requests are implemented immediately via our support contacts.
